Direct website licences use the protected account download path. App Store and Windows / PC availability should be handled through their own release paths.

Use your Tribute Director account to access protected downloads for direct Perpetual or Annual website licences.

Install

Activate

Test
Create or open a test service, add sample media and check audio, display and remote-control behaviour before live use.

Downloads and updates should be managed deliberately, especially close to a live service.

Prepare the service computer
The download is only the first step. Confirm the complete service setup before the day.
Check media playback
Confirm music, videos, images, slideshows and lyrics behave as expected.
Check display output
Test HDMI, projector, chapel display or browser programme output in the actual room where possible.
Check audio routing
Confirm the Mac output is routed to the venue sound system at the expected level.
Check remote control
If using local phone or tablet control, pair and test the device on the same network.
